Bio-diesel fuels contain high amounts of dissolved water residual to the processing; more water comes from storage tank condensation. By eliminating free water, K100 will extend cold weather usage and eliminate the conditions necessary for microbe growth in bio-diesel fuels.

Water forms ice crystals as it approaches 32°F, providing sites of nucleation for paraffin that accelerate the gelling of the residual fuel.

Water is a growth requirement of most microbes. Coupled with bio-diesel as a food source, microbe colonies grow and plug up the fuel system. Heated fuel tanks support year-round microbe growth.

Add K100 to Any Bio-Diesel Blend
K100 seeks out water droplets in the fuel system, breaks the droplets into individual water molecules, and permanently bonds itself to the individual molecules. The water molecule becomes totally encapsulated by a burnable complex organic compound. This eliminates any free water available to support microbe growth, and rust or corrosion of vital fuel components. The encapsulated water molecules will not freeze so sites of nucleation for bio-diesel gelling are eliminated.

Use K100-D in any bio-diesel system at a mix ratio of 1:1000 during warmer weather and 1:500 during colder weather to make sure all the water is encapsulated, and use K100-MD with enhanced stabilizers at the same ratio for long-term storage - more than 90 days.
